Some of the parts on home page were not being translated, while using Elementor as page builder.

Solution:
We recommend checking the guide on Registering Custom Elementor Widgets for Translation. It's possible that some Elementor widgets may need to be recognized by WPML. By following the guide, you can ensure that these widgets are translated and displayed correctly on the frontend.

Dear Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am currently experiencing an issue with the translation functionality in WPML on my WordPress website. Specifically, I have noticed that while translations are being applied correctly to other pages, the "Home" page translation into English is not being applied.

I have checked the settings in the WordPress dashboard under "Settings > Reading" to ensure that the Home page is properly set as a static page with the English version selected. Additionally, I have verified that the English version of the Home page exists and contains the appropriate content.

Despite these efforts, the translation for the Home page into English is not being displayed on the live website.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Any guidance or suggestions you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

I see that you're using Elementor (perhaps) to design the website. Can you please look into this guide https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/ and see if you haven't missed anything? Specially if all the templates are translated completely.

May I also ask for the debug information of your website for an overview of your setup? See https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/ for more information.

I've enabled the debug information section for your next reply.

Additionally you can also take a look at https://wpml.org/faq/checklist-before-opening-a-ticket-in-wpml-support/ and cross-check for a few initial fixes.

See https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/ for details on privacy and security.

Regards.

Thank you for the updates. I'll recommend checking this guide https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/wpml-compatibility-test-tools-plugin/registering-custom-elementor-widgets-for-translation/ and follow accordingly.

Looks like some Elementor widgets may need to be recognized by WPML and then you can translate and show as translated on the frontend. The above mentioned guide takes you through that process, step-by-step.
