Background of the issue:
I am using WPML with the Popup Builder plugin. I am trying to create a popup with a display rule set to 'everywhere' in Thai, expecting it to show only in the Thai language.

Symptoms:
The popup is displayed across the entire website and in all languages, not just in Thai as expected.

Questions:
Why is the popup showing in all languages instead of just Thai?
How can I configure the popup to display only in the Thai language?

Hi,

I will try to answer the question before assigning the ticket to one of my colleagues.

This might be a case of compatibility issue with the pop up plugin that you use.

To be able to report the compatibility issues we need to replicate the issue on a clean installation.
I created a clean installation of WordPress, WPML, and all necessary WPML add-ons.
You can access the WordPress dashboard using the link below:

Kindly follow the steps below:

- Install the plugin.
- Set it up to have the pop up with anywhere condition only for one language.
- Give us the steps to see the issue.

This will help us to report the probable issue to the compatibility team and solve the possible problem faster.
