Hello, I am reaching out regarding an issue I encountered with translating the thank-you page on my website. I have created a custom "page template" for the thank-you page, aiming to have it translated into multiple languages. However, I'm facing difficulties with the translation process, as it doesn't seem to work as expected. Interestingly, I have used a similar approach to create a template for displaying product, and the translation for that template works perfectly. Link to my site is hidden link I am using the "Impreza" theme, which allows me to create custom page templates. For my products, I have created a template called "Album," which I have successfully translated into different language variations, and it works perfectly (you can see it by clicking on "Album" in the navigation menu). However, I'm facing difficulties with the translation of another template named "Ďakujeme" Despite having it translated using WPML, it doesn't function as expected. The translated version exists, but it does not work correctly. Could you kindly assist me in identifying the cause of this issue and guide me through the steps to achieve successful translation for the "Ďakujeme / thank you" page using the page template? Hi, could you please do this on my live/original website? I have a backup of the website, so I can restore it if needed. The website hasn't been visited by anyone yet, it's completely new. I've started following your instructions, but it's a very time-consuming process, and I'm spending more time than I have allowed. Would it be possible to try this on the live site? Thank you. |

Hi, The custom thank you page opted in Impreza > Theme Options > Shop > Orders > Page template (option name "content_order_id"). Now you can see the translation thank you page displays correctly in the frontend.
