Background of the issue:
I'm encountering issues with WPML registration and the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) on my development site hidden link. I received a warning: 'Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$status_id in /data/1/c/1ca21f60-8994-492c-8b51-a82494f8ee95/fornier.sk/sub/test/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/classes/ATE/class-wpml-tm-ate.php on line 57'. I deleted sitepress-multilingual-cms from FTP and reinstalled it from a ZIP file, but the problem persists. Additionally, I encountered a fatal error: 'Fatal error: Trait "WPMLInfrastructureWordPressComponentItemApplicationQuerySearchQueryQueryBuilderManyLanguagesStrategySearchQueryBuilderTrait" not found in /data/1/c/1ca21f60-8994-492c-8b51-a82494f8ee95/fornier.sk/sub/test/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/vendor/wpml/wpml/src/Infrastructure/WordPress/Component/Item/Application/Query/SearchQuery/QueryBuilder/ManyLanguagesStrategy/SearchQueryBuilder.php on line 10'. The site is in development mode, and I generated a site key at wpml.org/account/sites, but I can't find where to enter it. The registration interface is missing from the WPML plugin dashboard. All required WPML plugins are installed, and the site is set up with two languages (SK and CZ). Until now, I have been using the Classic Translation Editor.

Symptoms:
Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$status_id and Fatal error: Trait "WPMLInfrastructureWordPressComponentItemApplicationQuerySearchQueryQueryBuilderManyLanguagesStrategySearchQueryBuilderTrait" not found.

Questions:
How can I manually register WPML on this development domain?
How can I restore or fix the missing registration interface?
How can I enable the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) so it works properly?
