Issues with categories images

donatellaE	Hello, I have uploaded an image for the English in the media translation, the showed image does not show up. In fact, what it is showing up is the image uploaded for the Italian version. This is happening for the existing categories, while if I create a new category, each uploaded image shows up correctly, once I run the following: WooCommerce->WooCommerce Multilingual->Settings->Troubleshooting->Sync products categories (display type, thumbnail). How can I fix for existing category images? An example category with the issue is: hidden link

Subash Chandra Poudel	Hi there, I see you have "thumbnail_id" to "Copy" at WPML -> Settings page in "Custom Term Meta Translation" section. To fix the issue please: - Go to WPML -> Settings page-> Custom Term Meta Translation and set the "thumbnail_id" option to "Copy once" or "Translate" - Edit the Category with the issue in the primary language, remove the category image and save it. - Set the category image and save the category again. - Translate media as required from WPML -> Media Translation Regards, Subash
