I am trying to:

Preview new changes on a already published page.
Ex: Change the text on the page. Not saving the page. Then i try to preview the page but the changes to the text is on visible in the preview

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:
The changes to the text that is don to the page without saving

Instead, I got:

No changes to the text on the page.

We have tested 5 pages with wpml and 5 without wpml.
The pages without wpml showes the changes.
The pages with wpml does not show the changes.

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting WPML support.

To help speed up the support process, I've enabled a private message for submitting the debug information for this support ticket. Please follow these initial debugging steps:
https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/
In short:
- Go to "WPML > Support > Debug Information" (link)
- Copy the Debug Information from there.
- Find the private field I activated and paste that information.

Thanks for your reply.

I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

Also, please update all WPML plugins to the latest version.

I can not give you access to a government site. I might be able to give you access to different developer site that has the same issue. But ill need some time to prepare that for you.

Ok, sure. Please share the credentials to your dev site once it's ready.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

According to the changelog this is a known issue and should be been fixed meanwhile.

Though the according ticket is not resovled yet but still open ...
