Background of the issue:
I am trying to solve a bug that the WPML plugin is causing on my site. When WPML is disabled, JavaScript loads correctly, but when activated, it causes errors on the first load. If I reload the page, the JavaScript loads fine. This issue can be seen on the homepage when loading it on Safari for the first time. The image carousels cannot switch to another picture, and the review section contains only one review at a time and cannot switch to the next one. The issue can be seen at hidden link.
There were also issues with some menu items with dropdown menu, that wasnt loading as well (but I had to remove the dropdowns for my clients wouldn't be able to visit those pages)

Symptoms:
JavaScript not loading on Safari and Opera browsers when WPML is enabled. Errors occur on the first load, affecting image carousels and review sections.

Questions:
Why does JavaScript not load correctly on the first page load when WPML is enabled?
How can I fix the issue with image carousels and review sections not functioning properly on Safari and Opera?

Hi,

before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

I’ve tested this in Chrome and was able to reproduce the issue. The JavaScript file from Elementor isn’t loading:

At this point, I don’t see any indication that WPML is involved. Could you please confirm whether the issue disappears when WPML is deactivated?

Best regards,
Marcel

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. This may be a compatibility issue. So please try the following steps to track the bug and let us know your feedback.

a) Backup your site first[Mandatory]
b) Deactivate all the plugins except Elementor, Elementor Pro, and WPML Multilingual CMS
c) Then check if the issue exists or not
d) If the issue is gone, activate the plugins as a group of two or three to find which one has an interaction issue

Hi,
yes that is a compatibility issue, but as I have already written I had already tried to deactivate all the other plugins and the problem disappears only when I deactivate WPML Multilingual CMS. So it is compatibility issue with WPML Multilingual CMS plugin. I would be very grateful for any relevant support.

Thanks
