Background of the issue:
I have a many to many relationship in Jetengine where Parishes is the parent and Priests is the child post type. In the single template for both Parishes and Priests, I have listings. In Parishes, there is a listing of priests serving there, and in the Priest profile, there is a listing with the Parishes. In Hungarian language, this is working perfectly but when translating in Romanian it shows no data. All posts are translated in both CPTs. The single templates are also translated, the listings too. Every listing has a Query Builder query set but that is not translatable and I guess it should not be translated anyway. You can check one of the Priest posts here: hidden link
Symptoms:
When translating the listings from Hungarian to Romanian, it shows no data despite all posts and templates being translated.
Questions:
Why does the translation from Hungarian to Romanian show no data in the listings?
Is there a specific step needed to ensure Query Builder queries work with WPML translations?
I regret any inconvenience caused, but to proceed with troubleshooting, I kindly ask for a snapshot of the site. Alternatively, with your permission, I can create one myself. For this purpose, I typically recommend using the free plugin "Duplicator." If you're already familiar with Duplicator (https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/), please skip the following steps and simply send me the archive file you downloaded.
To guide you further, please adhere to these instructions:
1. View the Duplicator instructions video: hidden link
3. If the archive file exceeds 400MB, please use Duplicator's file filters to exclude cache, wp-uploads directory, media, and archive files.
Once you have the archive file ready, kindly share the link with us. You can utilize platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar for file sharing, as the snapshot file might be large.
Please note that your next reply will be private, visible only to you and me. You can paste the file link there. Rest assured that once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local site.
Thanks for your patience. I will have to escalate this further to our 2nd Tier Support for further assistance. I will come back to you once I've feedback.
Thanks for your patience. While preparing a report, I've solved the issue by selecting the correct custom query for the Romanian language here hidden link as shown in the attached screenshot. Now the parishes show up correctly hidden link and could you please check?
