We have quite a lot of products currently in Swedish. We're using JetEngine to add a meta box to all the products, with a wide variety of fields.

Our next step is to import English translation, using WPAI. But what value should the import file have for the meta fields?

Looking at the attached screenshot, we have two values per meta field value: Option Value to be saved in the database, and Option Label that is shown on the product page.

Option Label is translated in the WPML string translation, so that's no worry. Option Value for the database however... I would guess we need the Swedish values in the import file?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

As per my understanding, you have primary/default language content in the site while want to import content for the secondary language, is this correct?

In this case, the secondary language content should have the translated values and a column to identify each record uniquely and to connect it with the record in primary language. Please see https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/wpml-all-import-plugin-website-import-with-wpml/importing-multiple-languages-with-wp-all-import-and-wpml/#import-the-secondary-language-file for details.

Please let me know if this is what you needed or perhaps little more explanation 'll be helpful.

Regards.
