This is Ahmed Mamdouh from the translation proxy team and I'm here to help you with this issue.
I checked the jobs and below are my findings:
1- There are 17 jobs that have been translated by Blend and completed and successfully returned to the website as shown in the attached screenshot.
2- The other case is that some jobs were sent to Blend but while it was in progress, the jobs were opened by a local translator on the website as shown in the screenshot samples attached.
This behavior (opening the job in a local translator while it was in progress) is overwriting the old job (the job sent to BLEND) and that's why you can't retrieve the Blend jobs anymore.
So the solution for those ones right now is to resend those jobs again to Blend and not modify or open them in a local translator till you receive the translation.
I recommend sending a small batch as a trial to be easy to trace and let me know how it goes.
Yes there is a way to upload the XLIFF manually but it is going to be a very hard and slow process, the best thing to solve this issue is to resend the pages to Blend and the pages will be automatically translated using the translation memory because the jobs already translated before and no extra effort needed.
