After installing and activating WPML many of our theme options and styles have been lost (wrong logo, fonts, etc). We are using Jupiter 5. Any suggestions?

Hi there,

Would you please follow the steps mentioned below to set everything up?

https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/how-to-create-multilingual-sites-using-jupiter-theme-and-wpml/

If by Jupiter 5 you mean Jupiter X then please read this documentation:

https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/build-multilingual-websites-jupiter-x-theme-wpml/

Also please provide the debug information to know more about the website setup:

Thanks

Jupiter 5 is an earlier version of Jupiter X (many years older). There was one recommendation in the documentation links provided that was helpful: going into Settings > General to set theme options to "unify" across languages. After that we got our theme styles back. We had been looking only at WPML settings and didn't think to look in WP settings.

thanks
