This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're experiencing issues with translating the 'Read More' button text in the Kadence Post Grid block, we have a solution for you.
Solution:
First, add the following custom XML configuration to your site:

<wpml-config>
  <gutenberg-blocks>
    <gutenberg-block type="kadence/postgrid" translate="1">
      <key name="readMoreText"></key>
    </gutenberg-block>
  </gutenberg-blocks>
</wpml-config>

You can do this by navigating to WPML > Settings > Custom XML Config. After adding the custom XML, edit the button text on your homepage, save the page, and translate it again.
We have also escalated the issue to our compatibility team and updated the wpml-config.xml file for Kadence. We are currently testing the plugin and collaborating with the author to resolve any issues.
If this solution doesn't seem relevant to your problem, please open a new support ticket with us.

Hello,

To be able to try to recreate this issue on my test site the plugin "Kadence Blocks - PRO Extension" seems to be required.

Would you please be so kind as to install the plugin for testing purposes on the following temporary test site?

Hello Mario,

The config for this button is:

<wpml-config>
  <gutenberg-blocks>
    <gutenberg-block type="kadence/postgrid" translate="1">
      <key name="readMoreText" />
    </gutenberg-block>
  </gutenberg-blocks>
</wpml-config>

You can copy and paste this config to WPML > Settings > Custom XML Config. (I did this already on your site)

Now, simply edit the button text on your homepage, save the page, and translate it again.

I am escalating this to our compatibility team, so that they can update our remote repository, as in this case, we are supporting Kadence on this matter - I am only not 100% sure if we also provide support for their PRO extension.

I will keep you updated once I received feedback from the compatibility team.

Best regards
Andreas
