Thank you again for your patience,

It turns out that the test engine installed by our team used 1000 credit per word, which caused the limit to be reached,

This engine is detected as a real one, hence why there is debt visible on your account, I asked to refresh the engine or delete the debt, I will back to you as soon as I get a confirmation,

This is running now again. You might run into further limits, just proceed and pay - this is using a fake engine and a Visa Test Card.

I have tested it before myself before my previous reply, but apparently the test engine is stopped by another logic limit,

I have escalated this to our 2nd tier again, I will record you a video testing this myself first, then get back to you so you can do it yourself,

I'm afraid that the staging site is no longer accessible, the admin page is showing a critical error, could you please restore it or check the cause of this.

We need this access for further debugging, and please flush and disable any cache plugin you have on staging (aka Redis Object Cache).

That's because you disable a lot of plugin but that's not the cause of the problem of not enough credit ...
We don't have redis enabled, it's disabled on the wp-config file
I re-enabled the plugin (woo commerce) and it's working perfectly

My apology, the status of the ticket was assigned "Waiting for reply", instead of "escalated"

I was able to replicate issue only twice and there was no clear pattern to it, which made it harder for our 2nd tier to find the cause.

Also, the site keeps crashing, this time we have this error :

We commented out this hook and its callback function, and it worked again days ago, but now we have the 403 error, could you please check your Dev site?
