Problem:
The language section is missing in the right bar of the editor when trying to duplicate pages of the Primary Language, it might be due to a corrupt entry in the usermeta database table.
Solution:
We recommend you try the following steps after taking a full site backup (mandatory):
1) Log in to your database using a tool like phpMyAdmin.
2) Run the following SQL query:
DELETE FROM wp_usermeta WHERE `wp_usermeta`.`umeta_id` = 84
3) After running the query, log in to the site and verify whether the bug still exists.
