Language Section missing in right bar of editor in Page

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The language section is missing in the right bar of the editor when trying to duplicate pages of the Primary Language, it might be due to a corrupt entry in the usermeta database table.

Solution:

We recommend you try the following steps after taking a full site backup (mandatory):

1) Log in to your database using a tool like phpMyAdmin.
2) Run the following SQL query:

DELETE FROM wp_usermeta WHERE `wp_usermeta`.`umeta_id` = 84

3) After running the query, log in to the site and verify whether the bug still exists.

namW	Background of the issue: I am trying to duplicate pages of the Primary Language to create versions in other languages. However, when I attempt this in the editor, the language section is missing. See attachment. In contrast, the language section appears in one of my custom post types 'News'. See attachment The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link. If you need admin password, I can give. Symptoms: The language section is missing in the right bar of the editor when trying to duplicate pages of the Primary Language. Questions: How can I make the language section appears back in page editing?

We were able to reproduce the bug locally and confirmed that it was resolved after deleting this entry from the database. So, please try the following steps after taking a full site backup (mandatory) and check if the issue is resolved: 1) Log in to your database using a tool like phpMyAdmin. 2) Run the following SQL query: DELETE FROM wp_usermeta WHERE `wp_usermeta`.`umeta_id` = 84 3) After running the query, log in to the site and verify whether the bug still exists.
