[Resolved] language switcher function

Hi,

1) Thanks for activating the Admin capabilities. I created a test page and tried translating it, but I encountered a fatal error.

The error was fixed by uploading a fresh copy of WPML, and the translation editor worked correctly. Kindly check this hidden link">page.

2) I compared the items in Media-> hidden link">Library, and the items in WPML-> hidden link">Media Translation, and I can see the same number of items.

Please share an example of the missing media items with me.

Not showing that the plugin is installed could be a false positive indicator. However, I re-installed the media translation plugin and ensured it worked as expected.

3) You said the following, but I couldn't reproduce this issue. I created a test page and translated it, which worked correctly.

when you translate a page from EN-GE or GE-EN instead to show the translated page
it jump to the home page.

Would you please let me know which page has this behavior to check?

Please reply to the questions in my previous reply so I can escalate the issue if needed.

1) Please confirm that the fatal error is fixed.

2) Please share an example of the missing images.

3) Please share the steps to reproduce the redirect to the homepage issue.

4) Please keep the shared account with Admin capabilities until all the issues are fixed to prevent any delays. Each time I try to check an issue, I find that the account is not an Admin account.

1) I can't escalate the issue without steps to reproduce it.

2) The provided account is not an Admin, so they won't be able to check the site even if I escalate the ticket.

3) The ticket's initial issue was the language switcher issue, which has been fixed. After that, you faced the fatal error issue, which has also been fixed.

So, please share the steps to reproduce the remaining issues so I can check if I can fix them or escalate them to our second-tier support team.

Please note that the escalation process requires that we know the exact steps to reproduce the issue, an Admin account, and the solutions we tried in the forum ticket before the escalation.

Please edit your header template using Elementor in the default language and delete the language switcher Elementor widget.

After that, please add a shortcode widget and use the following shortcode. (Kindly check the attached screenshot)
