I've re-checked and I noticed that you displayed the language switcher below the mobile menu as shown in the attached screenshot. Did you sort it out yourself? Or do you want the language switcher to be inside the mobile menu?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but in order to proceed with troubleshooting, we kindly request a site snapshot. Alternatively, with your permission, we can create a snapshot on our own.
For this purpose, we typically recommend using the free plugin "Duplicator." If you are already familiar with how Duplicator works ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/), please skip the following steps and simply send me the archive file you downloaded.
To assist you further, please follow these instructions:
Watch the Duplicator instructions video: hidden link
If the archive file exceeds 400MB in size, please utilize Duplicator's file filters to exclude the cache, wp-uploads directory, media, and archive files.
Once you have the archive file, please share the link with us. You can use services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar platforms as the snapshot file will likely be large.
Please note that your next reply will be private, visible only to you and me. You can paste the link to the file there. Rest assured that once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local site.
I've been unable to find a solution for this issue, so I will escalate it further to our 2nd Tier Support team for additional assistance. I will come back to you once I've feedback.
I have some feedback from our 2nd Tier Support to share with you. They've noted that there's a custom menu generated during an ajax call, specifically alpha_load_mobile_menu. This could be due to a theme setting or some third-party customization. However, the mobile menu doesn't adhere to the usual WordPress menu logic, which explains why it's not recognizing the WPML language switcher display option.
Since you mentioned that the language switcher appeared on your other website, hidden link, it's advisable to compare the site settings first. If the issue persists, please consider reaching out to the theme developer for further assistance.
It looks like your theme author advised you to install this plugin hidden link and then, add the language switcher. You can download the free version here https://wordpress.org/plugins/megamenu/ and then, follow the instructions provided to display the WPML language switcher on the mobile menu hidden link
