Carlos Rojas WPML Supporter since 03/2017 Languages: English (English ) Spanish (Español ) Timezone: Europe/Madrid (GMT+02:00)	Hello, Before this ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues I kindly ask you to describe step-by-step how to reproduce the issue and share some screenshots or create a video where the issue can be seen. That way, when one of my colleagues takes this ticket he/she will have enough information to work with and help you solve the problem. Also, if by "convert" you mean translate, then I would recommend you to check if following this guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/ helps you find and translate the strings in the dashboard.
