I'm not saying there is a problem with the current server, but I need to test on a copy of your site so that I can test changing configurations, deactivating plugins/theme, etc. Testing on our cloudways server will also allow me to compare server configuration in case there is something happening with the server for your live site. Once we are done testing, we will delete the copy of your site from the cloudways server.
If you prefer not to migrate, you can ask your hosting provider to set up a staging copy of your site and then you can share access to that so we can test on your existing server.
