I edited the page, went to the translation dashboard, translated myself, translated it, but... When I switch the original version to English, it drags the old page layout. How do I solve this?
I browsed the site a bit and noted that some pages are properly translated (keeping the same layout in both languages). Is this page special about how it was used or the plugins that are used there? Does it use a specific template or layout?
If it's possible, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue.
It would be better to use a testing site where the issue is replicated.
The information you enter is private, meaning only you and I can view and access it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I'll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site.
This will enable me to create a duplicate of your site and its content.
Once the problem is resolved, I will delete the local site.
**IMPORTANT**
- Please make a backup of the site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields, this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required WP-Admin/FTP fields.
The page is not special, it used to look different the way it was displayed in English, after I redesigned it I did the entire procedure. I translated it myself in the translation dashboard. But it pulls the look of the old page, it happens with all pages, only the new pages I create translate well and the pages I had and redesigned are not pulled.
