By the way, this staging site is used for other tests too, so I had to activate FluentSnippets again. But feel free to deactivate temporarily if you need to test.

Thanks for your reply. I've forwarded this back to our 2nd Tier Support for further investigation.

Thanks for your patience. Our 2nd Tier Support is asking that you remove the limitations on uploading a plugin. Could you please do that and update me?

The only limitation I can think of is the maximum file size allowed to upload. I have now increased it from 10 to 50 Mb. If it still doesn't work, please let me know the error message.

Thanks for your reply. Could you please increase all PHP resources a little bit more? Our 2nd Tier Support is still having issues trying to upload a plugin.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I doubled the max upload size and max execution time. If it doesn't work, please let me know the error message. Or if I should install a plugin, just let me know, and I will try.

This looks like a Firewall block. I recommend deactivating the plugin "Wordfence Security", then installing your plugin, and then activating "Wordfence Security" again.

If that does not help, please let me know which plugin you want to install so that I can try it for you.

Thanks for your patience. Our 2nd Tier Support mentioned that the error/blockage is from Cloudflare, as shown in the attached screenshot. Could you recheck?

Thanks, I added the IP in the screenshot to the Cloudflare firewall whitelist. Does it work now?

Thanks for your patience. I’ve received feedback from our 2nd Tier Support, and here’s what they suggested:

They proposed a possible fix that requires a small edit to the plugin code. I tested this on my local copy of your client’s site, and it worked. However, I can’t be completely certain that it won’t cause any side effects.

If your client is open to testing it and monitoring for potential issues, I can apply the change on their staging site. Otherwise, they would need to update the links manually and wait for our developers to release an official fix.

Please let me know how do you want to proceed.
