Ok, I'll see if I can find the differences and will perhaps get a second opinion with my colleagues. I couldn't find the access to your website, thoug. Can you please share it again?
The required fields can be found below the comments section. The information you enter is private, i.e. only you and I can see it and have access to it.
I may need to replicate your website locally. To do this, I need to temporarily install a plugin called "Duplicator" or "All in One WP Migration" on your website. This will allow me to create a copy of your website and content. Once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local website. Let me know if this works for you.
IMPORTANT
Please make a backup copy of the site files and database before giving us access.

I've escalated the ticket to our devs, which will take a look and give a second opinion. I'll let you know if we need or have new information. That should take a few days.
They found that your website explicitly set the cache to be purged when the currency is switched in the settings at LiteSpeed Cache > Cache > Purge. Check the image attached.
Remove the switch currency variable from the list and the issue should be solved.
From what I see, I still have some troubles with showing the right currency on the first visit. Is WPML has a way to show a pop-up so people can select their currency/language on the first load?
There's only one currency available for each region on your website. Canada can only show CAD, other regions only USD. Are you having different results?
WPML does not show pop-ups. You can add a pop-up using some other plugin or tool, with a currency switcher inside of it, if you wish.
