This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are working on a site under development and trying to translate a logo image using Beaver Builder.
Solution:
First, we removed the language file named

admin_texts_theme_mods_bb-theme-child-es_ES

from the directory

public_html/wp-content/languages/wpml

. Please check if the issue is resolved on your staging site. If the logo still appears incorrect, follow these steps:
1. Go to WP > Appearance > Customize > Header > Header logo and select the correct Spanish image.
2. Translate the logo using the string translation available at WPML String Translation.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Thanks for your reply.

I've split the ticket here https://wpml.org/forums/topic/page-contents-are-not-translated/ so that we could follow up on the missing content issue.

As for this ticket, let me explain what I've done to fix it.

1. I edited the language folder and removed the admin_texts_theme_mods_bb-theme-child language file.

2. Then, I've translated the logo here using the string translation hidden link

Due to the theme settings, the logo has to be translated using this method and not using the media translation.

Thank you so much! Yes this worked amazingly.

Would you mind doing those changes to my staging2 website?

I'm not sure I can do this step:
1. I edited the language folder and removed the admin_texts_theme_mods_bb-theme-child language file.

Thanks for your reply.

I've removed this language file "admin_texts_theme_mods_bb-theme-child-es_ES" in public_html/wp-content/languages/wpml folder and could you please check staging2 site now?

The logo is staying as English version for both languages. I’m not at my computer and cannot do the string translation right now… I think that’s the missing step. If you can do that step that would be great, otherwise I’ll have to do it later. Thanks

Thanks for your reply. I've corrected the logo for you by selecting the correct Spanish image in WP > Appearance > Customize > Header > Header logo. Then, I translated it using the string translation here hidden link
