Thank you for getting back to us.

We've managed to reproduce the issue on our sandbox site, and it appears to be related to compatibility issues with RankMath.

Our compatibility team will investigate this further and provide us with an update.

We apologize once again for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Thank you for your understanding.

I've received some feedback indicating that the issue might be related to the translated post slug. Could you kindly attempt to edit the slugs to be shorter, similar to this example: hidden link

For instance:
hidden link

There's a suspicion that the issue may be caused by the presence of multiple special characters. Could you please make this adjustment and let us know if it resolves the problem?

Hi Kor, I will try changing some slugs and let you know how that pans out.

Thanks.

Hi Kor, although we appreciate your assistance - it is approaching about a MONTH since this ticket was opened. We have hundreds of thousands of visitors a day from accross the glove that have their journey jeaporadized due to this incompatibility. Although it seems we are reaching a resolution, nothing has been accomplished, time has been wasted, and I assure you thousands of dollars have been lost.

I have no choice but to apply pressure and have left a 1 star review for WPML in the following locations. I will be more than happy to reconsider my satisfactory state of mind when WPML takes action on the problems I am experiencing:

1.) Trust Pilot: hidden link

2.) Capterra: hidden link

3.) G2: hidden link

Thank you for your patience.

Here's the feedback from our 2nd Tier Support.

I've discovered that the issue only occurs when using the "different domains per language" mode, even with the "Remove base" option enabled.

When using the "language in directories" mode, everything works correctly. However, switching to the "different domains per language" mode results in a redirect to hidden link, accompanied by an ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error.

Additionally, it seems that there are significant issues with this site. I've observed a substantial increase in the database size when the site is activated on my local server.

I'm still investigating further...
