Hello,

for the second problem,
we have found a personalized solution.
we added this to the quote button

<?php echo icl_object_id(get_the_ID(), 'product', false, 'fr'); ?>

However, it will be interesting to know if wpml and the quote plugins natively coexist together at 100%

I am waiting for the feedback from your developers for personalized email notifications of quote for the language of the shop manager

No we cannot.

We can try to get a copy but it will take time. The policy is to work with only the latest of all plugins when we run into a compatibility issue as, you can imagine, the previous versions will have bugs that are fixed in the latest versions.

THis being said, if we get the latest version, the fix we provide will be applied to this latest version and may not work with the version you have installed.

Please advise if you want us to continue.

I cannot guarantee that. It´s been 3 years since it was last tested.

I will ask the Compatibility team to get a copy - if they are able to fix the problem, then you can buy the upgrade. But, as I said, they will not fix compatibility issues with old versions of plugins.

DO you agree to move forward like this? If we are unable to get an updated version, the plugin will most likely be removed from the compatibiltiy list and we will wait until a client with an updated version gives us a copy (I believe).

Yes - it *may* take a long time. But it may not! I suppose it depends on how popular this plugin is with our client base.

For now, I have escalated this and left a note that you are unable to provide a most-recent plugin version so they will have to find one if possible.

Updates will be put here but you are always free to write in asking for an update.

The only documentation we have is the link I already provided. You might consider approaching the plugin support as it will most likely be their template that requires modification. We normally will not touch code that we did not write ourselves.

I had the support of YITH and I asked for the history of the translated mails if in the last version it is still the same behavior.

Or if they fixed or did that.

Their answer is always the same as my version.

Here´s the feedback so far from the team:
YITH are pretty cooperative and we consider their plugins compatible. I'll find an updated copy and try to provide a workaround on the client's site.

So - let´s be optimistic and give it another day or two.
