Manage Credits Screen Out of Sync

dawnV	We're using WPEngine for hosting and we want to be able to sync our staging and development environments periodically. For the staging environment we want to share credits between that and the production account. Using the on screen wizards we believe we have that setup properly, but on the manage credits screen the production url is showing as both active and inactive. For the development instance we want to use a separate site key with minimal credits used independently of the other two environments. Can you help correct the https://wpml.org/account/manage-credits/ page for us?
