This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're experiencing issues with displaying different language videos on different domain extensions using Woothumbs and WPML, and need to replace a video URL rather than uploading a new image in the WPML > Media Translation section.
Solution:
We recommend following these steps:
1. Navigate to Woothumbs > Performance and disable Image Caching.
2. Go to WPML > Settings > Custom Fields Translation and click on Show system fields.
3. Set the

_iconic_woothumbs_media

field to copy-once and save.
4. Access the Media Library, select the image, switch the language, and set a different video URL.

We applied these steps to a sandbox site to verify the solution. If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, please check related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. We highly recommend opening a new support ticket for further assistance at WPML support forum.

Hi,

Please check the following steps:

1- Go to Woothumbs > Performance and disable Image Caching (important)
2- Go to WPML > Settings > Custom Fields Translation and click on "Show system fields"
3- Set the _iconic_woothumbs_media field as copy-once and save
4- Go to Media Library and select the image
5- Switch the language and set a different video URL

I've applied these steps to the sandbox site. Please check if it works correctly. (hidden link)

Best regards,
Osama

Hi Osama,

Thanks for your message. I tried everything till step 4, but I can not find the translated media I applied in our Media Library to set the different video URL.

I tried it on this product:

Hi,

I don't have the login details for the staging site, but in order to check the translated media, please go to Media-> Library, select the image, click Edit with more details, and switch the language from the top admin bar.

Best regards,
Osama
