The Menu anchors are translated just fine - but not the links. See screenshots.
I'm using Elementor

AI didn't help. It doesn't understand the issue.

I'd actually prefer for the automatic translation not to translate the menu anchors at all - how do I prevent that?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I’d be happy to assist you with this issue.

Menu anchors are treated as text, and texts are translated automatically. To better understand the situation, could you please let me know how these menu anchors were added? For example, are they coming from a custom widget? If you have access to your database, it would also help with debugging if you could provide the _elementor_data custom field values in your next reply.

Regarding the link anchors, WPML automatically translates internal links. However, anchor links are considered neither regular text nor internal links, so they need to be translated manually.

I look forward to your reply.

Thank you.
