This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was unable to see the menu bar in different languages (German, Swedish, and Spanish) on their website using the Astra theme and Elementor. They also reported missing information from the footer after the header issue was resolved.
Solution:
1. We advised the client to check if the menu in Appearance->Menus was translated into the missing languages and had menu items assigned, as the menu was completely missing from the page source, not just hidden.
2. We requested temporary access to the client's site (wp-admin and FTP) to further investigate the issue. We emphasized the importance of taking a full backup of the database and website before providing access. We recommended using the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/.
3. Since the original issue with the header was resolved, we suggested creating a new ticket for the footer issue to keep the support process efficient and focused on one issue at a time.
If you're experiencing a similar problem with your menu bar not being available in all languages, we recommend checking the menu translations and ensuring that menu items are correctly assigned. If the issue persists, please consider opening a new support ticket. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the solution provided here is outdated or not applicable to your case, please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance by opening a new support ticket at the WPML support forum.
