This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Messages from the Chinese and Dutch versions of the translated contact form are landing in the spam folder.

Solution:
If you're experiencing issues with messages from certain language versions of your contact form landing in the spam folder, we recommend checking with your email service provider to ensure proper email authentication is in place. Specifically, verify the DNS, SPF, and DKIM records. Proper configuration of these settings should prevent emails from being incorrectly flagged as spam.

Background of the issue:
We have some issues with the translated contact form. It has been translated into four different languages. Messages through the English and German sites arrive in the inbox, but the Chinese and Dutch versions land straight in the spam folder. URL: hidden link

Symptoms:
Messages from the Chinese and Dutch versions of the translated contact form land in the spam folder.

Questions:
Why are messages from the Chinese and Dutch versions of the contact form landing in the spam folder?
How can we ensure that messages from all language versions of the contact form arrive in the inbox?

Additionally, some of the translated products end up in the spam folder after they have been purchased through the translated page.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

Emails going in the spam folder are usually due to the absence of proper email authentication. I'll recommend checking with your service provider for proper Email DNS, SPF and DKIM records. If these are set properly, then the said issue shouldn't happen.
