Here is the forum ticket. To troubleshoot this issue without affecting your site, I created a test server for you in Cloudways (https://wpml.org/hosting-partner/cloudways/). If it is OK with you, we can migrate your content to further debugging without any risk.

To migrate, please follow these simple steps:
- Install this plugin on your site: Cloudways WordPress Migrator (https://wordpress.org/plugins/bv-cloudways-automated-migration/).
- After you activate it, you will be redirected to the migration form.
- Fill it with the information in the private reply below.
- Agree with the terms of service and click on "Migrate".

You will get an email when the migration starts and one when the migration ends. Let me know when the migration is ready, and I will check the issue on the test site immediately.
The copy of your site will be online, but search engines won't index it (the copy), so you don't have to worry about duplicate content.

Hi Long,

Thanks for your quick action. A few questions:
- Should I choose Cloudways Flexible or Cloudways Autonomous?
- In the Source site information I expect I have to enable the following settings:
Any root directories you want to migrate? -> Yes
Migrate additional database tables? -> Yes
Is this site password protected? -> No

Hi,

The IP address is dynamic and it changes every day, so I think it isn't a better way to access the admin area. Can you please try to turn the protection module off for a while? Or copy your site to a staging site and turn it off there?
Or share with me a full backup of your site and database (without the /wp-content/uploads folder), I will restore it on the Cloudways site and my local site to observe the issue.

You can use your site admin account to login to the CW site and observe the issue. Note: I deactivate the plugin Litespeed Cache and Varnish cache module in the hosting setting.

Hi Long,

Thanks for the migration. When I now look at the website, all meta titles seem to be correct. Is there a way to disable all email traffic on this site? I can then place a number of orders to check whether the problem arises again?
