Symptoms: The migration from Polylang to WPML failed. Questions: Should I create all languages on WPML again? Can I assign all products, posts, and pages to those languages automatically?

Background of the issue:

Symptoms:
The migration from Polylang to WPML failed.

Questions:
Should I create all languages on WPML again?
Can I assign all products, posts, and pages to those languages automatically?
