This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are migrating from Polylang to WPML and have followed the tutorial at https://wpml.org/documentation/migrate-polylang-wpml/. After checking the 'wp_icl_translations' in the database, you found the information to be correct. However, WooCommerce product categories are not syncing correctly; only one language is showing, and the other is empty.
Solution:
The issue was related how portuguese language was defined on polylang.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am trying to migrate from Polylang to WPML by following your tutorial: https://wpml.org/documentation/migrate-polylang-wpml/. I checked the database directly in 'wp_icl_translations' and found the information to be correct.

Symptoms:
WooCommerce product categories are not synced. Only one language is showing, and the other is empty.

Questions:
How can I sync this? Or there's a way to get the correct information within WPML/wordpress backend?!

It's not only product categories. Product Attributes aren't translated as well.

Hello,

please revert the website to before doing migration, and share staging site wp-admin access with me so I can further check and try to migrate it.

Regards,
Drazen
