Hey there, I checked your theme and plugins, and it seems that the "Accommodation Types Carrousel" is a custom Elementor widget. It's likely that the author of your theme haven't made it multilingual ready, so you will need to register it manually. You can check the steps here: In a nutshell, you must install and activate the Multilingual Tools plugin, visit the page's WP Editor, copy the XML of the unregistered widgets, and paste it in WPML > Settings > Custom XML Configuration. After that, make a small change to the original page and save, and update the translation. Let me know how it goes. As for the header and footer, if they were built with Elementor, they must be translated via WPML > Translation Management. Sure. I would like to look at this directly on your site. For this I would need temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site, preferably to a test/staging site where the problem has been replicated if possible. The required fields can be found below the comments section. The information you enter is private, i.e. only you and I can see it and have access to it. I may need to replicate your website locally. To do this, I need to temporarily install a plugin called "Duplicator" or "All in One WP Migration" on your website. This will allow me to create a copy of your website and content. Once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local website. Let me know if this works for you. IMPORTANT Please make a backup copy of the site files and database before giving us access. - If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields, this means your post and site login details are being made PUBLIC. Hey there, Thank you for sharing access. Your theme and plugins required some additional settings to be translatable, I changed them already. Regarding the accommodations, they are still untranslated. Please make sure to have a full website backup, go to Accommodations > Accommodations Types and Accommodations and translate them. You can simply click on the "+" icon and add the translation. Finally, make a small change in the page that contains the carousel and update the translation. That should solve it. As for the headers and footers, you can do the same. Visit the page where they are listed and add the translations. Let me know hos it goes. The Spanish version of the website is protected, so I couldn't check it myself. |

Hi Lucas, I hope you're doing well. I would prefer not to use the WPML method for translation. Instead, I'd like to simply make a copy and translate it using Elementor. However, I'm unable to do so because Elementor gets stuck on the loading screen when I attempt to translate it into Spanish. Could you please let me know why Spanish is locked and how I can unlock it? Thanks in advance for your help! |

Go to All In One WP Migration > Backups and download the available backup. Upload it to Google Drive and share the link with me. Hey there, Thank you so much for sharing the copy. In the local copy, I realized that the issue is exclusive to Acommodation Types. This indicates that this is a compatibility issue between WPML, Elementor and the MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin. To confirm that, I've created a fresh installation of WPML. You can access it with the link below: In this fresh install, please do as follows: 1. Install Elementor Let me know if the behavior is the same. The idea here is to test the feature in isolation, so please don't import or create any content, or install any unnecessary plugins. Let me know how it goes.
