Problem:
The client was unable to find one specific product category ('Bags') in the list for translation using WPML.
Solution:
We recommended the client to first make a full backup of their site. Then, navigate to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting. Once there, the client should click on the items listed in the provided screenshot to sync the products term count. This action might help in making the missing category appear for translation.
