This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is trying to translate products from Greek to English and encounters an issue where the Save button is missing in the translation tool.

Solution:
1. We recommend deactivating all plugins except for WPML, String Translation, WooCommerce, and WooCommerce Multilingual to check if the issue persists.
2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.
3. Since the client identified 'Custom Product Tabs for WooCommerce' by Code Parrots as the conflicting plugin, we suggest trying to replicate the issue on a sandbox site provided by us. The client should complete the setup, install the plugin, select Classic Translation Editor as the default editor from WPML Settings, and attempt to recreate the issue.
4. If the issue is reproducible in the sandbox, the client should inform us for further assistance.
5. As a temporary solution, the client can switch to the "Advanced Translation Editor" by going to WPML > Settings > Translation Editor on the live site.

If this solution doesn't look relevant, please open a new support ticket.

Hi,

We are trying to translate products from Greek (main website's language) into English.

In some products we encounter the following issue:

While opening the translation tool, we cannot proceed with the translation since the Save button is missing as you can see on screenshot.

Is there any way what we can do with?

Kind regards

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're having. Would you please deactivate all plugins except for WPML, String Translation, WooCommerce, and WooCommerce Multilingual and check if you're still having the issue?

If that solves the issue, start activating the plugins and after activating each, check if you're still having the issue. In this way, you'll be able to pinpoint if there is any plugin that is causing the issue.

Please let me know how it goes. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hi Prosenjit,

I disabled all plugins one by one and found which Plugin is responsible for the issue.

It's Custom Product Tabs for WooCommerce by Code Parrots.

Can you help me further?

Thanks for the support.

Hi There,
Thank you for conducting the test.

That plugin is listed in our compatible directory and should work properly with WPML. Since the issue is happening while using the CTE, would you please try to replicate the issue in the sandbox site below?

- hidden link

WPML and its add-ons are pre-installed there. Please complete the setup and install the plugin there. After that, select Classic Translation Editor as the default editor from WPML Settings and then try to recreate the issue there.

If you're able to reproduce the issue in sandbox, please let me know. I will take a closer look and let you know what to do next.

For now, you can switch to "Advanced Translation Editor" by going to "WPML > Settings > Translation Editor" on your live site, and hopefully, you'll not encounter any issues while saving the contents from there.

Looking forward to your response and I'm always here to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
