Missing style in Avada Submenu item

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with missing styles in the Avada submenu items after translating their Italian site into English using WPML. Additionally, there are problems with header video backgrounds not displaying in the translated version.
Solution:
To address the missing styles in the Avada submenu, we recommend the following steps:
1. Ensure you have a backup of your site for safety.
2. Navigate to Avada >> Options.
3. Set the language switcher in the admin bar to All languages.
4. Adjust your theme options/CSS and click Save Changes.

Noman	Hi, Thank you for contacting WPML Support. As you are using the Avada theme on your site, in this theme, you can translate theme options by switching different languages using the Language Switcher at the top of the WP Admin panel. If you want to keep the same styling/theme option in all languages, please follow the below steps: 1. Take a backup of your site first for safety reasons. 2. Go to Avada >> Options. 3. Set the language switcher in the admin bar to All languages. 4. Set your theme options/CSS. When done, click Save Changes. To take a closer look at the submenu issue, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue. Your next answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it. === Please backup your database and website === ✙ I would need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is essential. 2. For the header background video problem, it’s a different issue and will be handled separately as per our support policy. danielaZ	I managed to fix the submenu of the translated menu, now I have to change the style of the language menu, how can I do that?
