Background of the issue:
I am trying to update untranslated strings on the website. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link. I expected to see the strings in English available for translation.

Symptoms:
Phrases that are left in English on the live site do not appear as strings for translation. On the Spanish live site, some folder names, the 'Videos' headline, titles of videos, and folder descriptions are still in English. On the Russian live site, the phrase 'Get $$$ for your septic system' is still in English.

Questions:
Why are certain English phrases not appearing as strings for translation?
How can I make these English phrases available for translation?

Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. Before passing this thread to my colleague, I would like to share some suggestions and possible solutions for the issues you mentioned.

This may be a compatibility issue. Please enable the Auto Registration feature of WPML>>String Translation and check if there is any difference in the result. Refer to the following documentation for more details.

https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/

https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#register-admin-and-setting-strings-for-translation

https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#scan-theme-or-plugin-to-update-translations

Also, increase *WP Memory Limit* to *256*(the minimum required memory limit for WPML is *128*). Please check the following links for more details
