Thank you for your message! Staging access would be very helpful in this case. I would like to offer to have a closer look at the problem and request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the website to investigate this issue further. You can find the required fields below the comment section when you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide is private, which means only you and I can see and access it. It seems that this issue only occurs if your custom theme is enabled. If I switch to a different theme I get a translated PDF file: Another test: Do I understand right, that those examples are translated correctly? If so, take note that our capacities to support custom theme-related issues are very limited. We can not take responsibility for such issues, as it might become too time-consuming to debug them. This issue should be reported to the person who developed your theme in such a case. |

Hi Andreas, I just tested it carefully and the chosen template has no effect, whether Store Front or Store Front Child is chosen directly, the result is the same. Also tried not using our custom template for PDF generation and again no difference in translations. In the attached image you have marked the translation errors for the second PDF: hidden link First PDF is OK. We have no problem with this documentary even on production. I'm in contact with PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce support, I got a beta version of their plugin from them, but that didn't help either. |

Hi, Andreas, As I wrote earlier, we are switching to a different system of issuing invoices and that will solve the problem for us. For my part I can't devote any more time to this, thank you for your understanding and for your efforts to help. |

I would like to add that I am in contact with the author of the plugin Interestingly, on staging everything works OK, but on a live site these two strings still don't work. Cheers |

Comparing the live site and staging site, I can see that you are not yet using PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce - Professional 2.16.0-beta-1. Here is still the old version installed. Also, WooCommerce is not updated on the live site. |

Updating the PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce - Professional plugin to beta solved these last two strings. I know you've been busy with this case and I appreciate your dedication. |
