[Resolved] Modifications not showing in translation
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: You've modified your product template in your theme, and now the translation is stuck with the spinner continuously running. Solution: We noticed that you are using a child theme of the Zephyr theme, which has pending updates. It's important to update the parent theme to version 8.22 as it includes several WPML compatibility improvements. After updating, please check if the translation issue is resolved.

The plugin installed is called File Manager and I am currently running tests on the WPML translation editor and will update here as soon as I have more information.
I would like to run the clean up steps in the troubleshooting section, but need to make sure you have a backup of your site . Please confirm if there is a backup and then you can run the following steps, or I can do it for you if you allow me permission. Just let me know which you prefer.
Please be sure to make a full backup of your site and database.
Then, go to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting.
Look for 'Clean up' and click the following:
- Synchronize posts taxonomies
- Clear the cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Set language information
- Synchronize local job IDs
- Fix Terms count
- Fix post assignment for translations
I can see that your current theme is a child theme of the Zephyr theme, which has available updates. Version 8.22 has several WPML compatibility updates. Please udpate the parent theme and we can continue testing to see if the issue is resolved with the update.
