Dear support,

I'm facing an issue with multicurrency.
Configuration looks fine: EUR as default currency for all my visitors with all languages, CHF for visitors from Switzerland (pic 1).
I set manually the price for CHF but on the frontend I have a completely different value (pic 2 and 3).

Can you please support me with this issue?

I understand the issue you're having and will try my best to assist you in this matter.

To determine if the price issue is related to configuration based on location, I replicated the same setup in my environment. I can confirm that the price is consistently displayed correctly. The manually added price appears correctly.

To understand what mainly causing the issue on your site, a closer inspection will be required. , I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at this issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated.

You will find the needed fields below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

-Please backup site files and database before providing us access.

Thank you for sharing the access information.

I'm happy to inform you that the issue is solved now. It was happening due to not mentioning the "comma(,)" as a decimal separator. I edited the other currency and configured the decimal separator(Screenshot: hidden link) and that solves the issue.

you definitely solve my issue.

I take the chance to ask one more question about wmpl multicurrency config.

I am interested in understanding if there is a configuration within the WPML plugin that allows for automatic updating of the currency based on the shipping country selected by the customer during the shopping cart or checkout process.

In essence, I am seeking a feature that ensures the currency displayed is in accordance with the customer's chosen shipping country, dynamically adjusting as they modify their shipping preferences.

Could you please provide guidance on how to configure WPML to achieve this functionality or recommend any additional plugins or methods to achieve this desired behavior?
