Hello,

I'm creating a multilingual wordpress website using the WPML plugin.
I manually added the meta pixel code correctly and verified that it worked.

However, when I switched to other languages, I found that meta pixel conversion tracking did not work outside of the default language page.

I logged in and checked the multilingual EN, DE and FR pages and saw that the pixel code was added without any problems.

When I test meta pixel conversions, conversions are not active on EN, DE and FR pages other than the default language and I cannot track them.
How can I solve this error and set meta pixels and have it tracked in all other languages without any problems? Do I need to make adjustments to the WMPL plugin?

I would be glad if you help me.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support, I will gladly help you.

Could you please check the solution suggested by my colleague here:

* Please note that custom coding is beyond the scope of this support forum and the code provided might not work in your case.

Regards,
Marsel

Hello,

Thank you for the reply, I have reviewed the link you posted and I also understand that custom coding as you said could be out of WPML support.

I wanted to get support from you, guessing that those who create a multi-language site in the WPML plugin that we love to use for WordPress have similar problems.

I will try the suggestion you sent in the link, but if you have a solution for this problem, plugin or different support, I would be very grateful if you help.

Thank you

Hi,

Unfortunately, custom coding is not covered by our Support Policy so in case things still don’t work or in case you feel that you need more help with this, I recommend that you hire a developer or a WPML contractor (https://wpml.org/contractors).

That said, I think the solution provided by my colleague in the link I shared with you should work in your case, you'll need to remove the meta pixel code that you already implemented in your website and use it in the code suggested here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/multilanguage-facebook-pixel/#post-7273051

Thank you for understanding and I hope you find this information helpful.

Kind regards,
Marsel
