Hello There,
I hope you're doing well.

I'm happy to inform you that all the issues are resolved now.

1. Menu and Footer Translation: The menu was translated correctly during the chat. To translate the Footer strings, I need to scan the theme once from "WPML > Theme and Plugin localization" which fetched the untranslated strings. After that, I translated the Footer strings from WPML > String Translation.

2. Course Page layout in the English language: The layout of the course page is also adjusted. It was happening due to enabling the same archive for English and French. From the Course Configuration page, I disabled the Archive and now, the course page is showing properly in English and French version.

To translate the Ribbon text and other course-related contents, please follow the instructions mentioned in this documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/how-to-create-multilingual-online-courses-websites-using-learndash-and-wpml/

3. Contact form translation: Since the contact form is created using the WPForms plugin, you need to install the WPForm Multilingual plugin to translate the form contents. Please follow the instructions mentioned in the documentation below and complete the form translation.

The form will appear translated after that.

4. Course contents are missing: Since the LearnDash courses can be translated manually only, I opened the English version of the post(In Barcelona) in the Editor and added the course contents manually from the sidebar(Screenshot: hidden link) and that fixes the issue.

Please make sure to add the course contents manually for the other courses and they will appear properly in the frontend.

Hello There,
I hope you're doing well.

I accessed the link, switched to the French language, and can see that the French contents are showing properly on the Registration page. Please check this screenshot: hidden link

However, since the registration page is created through Learndash, its contents can be translated via the String translation. Kindly refer to the instructions provided in the guide below.

Hey Prosenjit,

I think when you worked and made changes you made it worse as why did you make all change manually as there is no auto-translation working anymore. Why would I have WPML if I have to do all manual translation for each page? Very disappoint as all my courses lessons and topics missing from english version?

Can you bring them back asap please.

For your information, the last time I worked on your site, I solved all the issues that you mentioned in the doc and also showed you the process I followed to solve the issue, ensuring transparency in my approach.

I can confirm that I did not modify the automatic translation settings, nor did I make any adjustments to the course contents that could result in their disappearance. However, I prioritize the integrity of my work and your content, and I'm here to assist further if needed.

For your information, I adjusted the topics for this particular course(hidden link) and can see that the English version is showing properly. If the issue is happening with other courses, there might be some other reason. If you can share the link, I can check and try my best to find a solution.

In response to Manual Translation: As mentioned in our official documentation(https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/how-to-create-multilingual-online-courses-websites-using-learndash-and-wpml/#translating-conecting-learndash-elements), Learndash courses require manual translation. Due to the complex workflow of Learndash, automatic translation might miss some vital elements essential for the course's functionality.

Consequently, manual translation is advised to guarantee that both the translated and original course contents align and connect appropriately. I hope you can understand.

Hey Prosenjit,

The biggest challenge right now we have is, if user complete the course in french and switch to english, it shows zero percent completed course, while user has earned certificate by finishing the course but same result does not appear when the same user switches to english.

Please look into this asap for us. Many thanks
