This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Product variations do not appear on a translated language.

Solution:
For the issue with product variations not appearing:
- Navigate to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Attributes tab.
- Select the attribute assigned to the product and ensure that the terms have been translated into other languages.
- Scroll down and click on the Synchronize Attributes button to synchronize the attributes.
- If the problem persists, go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting, select "Product" from the dropdown under "Cleanup", and click on Synchronize post taxonomies.

For the issue with "My Account" translations:

Additionally, editing the product in the original language and making a small change to the content, then saving and updating the translation can help display attribute images on the translation category page.

Hi, I have tried several resolved tickets and other recommendations before asking for help. I have two issues I cannot resolve:

1. Product variations do not appear on a translated language.
— Here is the link to a product category: hidden link
— This is the product I have the issue with: hidden link
This product is created like all other products and it has color variations in English, and they can even be seen if edited in Latvian, but not assigned: hidden link

2. The "My Account" information of the Woocommerce is behaving strangely:
— When I visit the My Account page it seems to be translated: hidden link
— But as soon as I go to any other page of the account it has no translation: hidden link or hidden link and all other subpages.
— All of these strings are translated. But I guess the problem is in something else since the left side menu is translated on one page and not translated on all others.

Please advise on the solution

Hello There,
I hope you're doing well. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.

Before this thread gets assigned to my colleague, I would like to share some suggestions or potential solutions for the issues you've reported.

1) Variations not showing: The variations may not appear in secondary language if the attribute terms, from where the variations were created, are not translated or the Variations aren't synchronized. Would you please try the following and check if that helps in solving the issue?

- Please go to "WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Attributes" tab
- Select the Attribute assigned to the product.
- Ensure that the terms have been translated into other languages.
- Scroll down to the end and you'll see a button to Synchronize Attributes. Click on that and wait till the process is finished.
- Once done, verify whether the variation is showing with translation or not.

If the issue persists even after that, you can do these steps:

- Please go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting
- Select "Product" from the dropdown under "Cleanup" and click on "Synchronize post taxonomies"

I hope the information above will help to solve the issue with Variations.

- My Account text is not showing translated on other pages: The problem where translated text isn't showing up on the My Account subpages could be due to the endpoints within My Account not being translated correctly. Could you please check the guide below and ensure that the Endpoint has been translated properly?

Let us know the update. We will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hi, thank you for your reply.

1. For number one (product variations issue) I have done all the recommended steps, yet the issue was only partially resolved:
— In the product grid the colors still do not appear hidden link
— Yet on a product page they are visible now: hidden link
The attributes were initially translated and the same color attributes work for other products as can be seen on the product grid.
I have tried cleaning the cache and launching the website from a machine that has not yet opened this website.

2. About the account translation. Maybe I am missing something, but the article you have provided describes how to translate endpoint slugs, which are basically URLs. Yet I think the problem is with something else:
— When I am on the homepage and if I select the menu of the account in the Translated language, you can see that the whole menu is translated and the URL seem to lead to a translated page: hidden link
— But when I click on something other than "My account" the dropdown menu of the account is showing up in English and the links also seem to become English: hidden link

Please let me know what I am doing wrong

Hi Sergejs,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.

We limit one issue per ticket only so I will split the issue with translation strings on the My Account page into a new ticket for better handling.

In this ticket, I will focus on the issue with the product variation on the translation category page. I suggest you go to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency > Settings > Troubleshooting > Check two options:
- Update products count
- Sync products variations
and click on Start button then recheck this issue.

If it does not help, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
You can use this plugin to create the backup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hi,

I edit the product in the original language English > Make a small change to the product content > Save > Update the translation.
Then the attribute images are displayed on the translation category page as well. Please check the attached screenshot.

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

Thank you. The issue was resolved. But frankly, I did this step also twice before raising a question. All in all, everything looks a lot better now. Some minor issues are present. But first, we will try all we can to resolve them ourselves.
