[Resolved] My forms (wp forms) are not translating.

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

Tell us what you are trying to do?

My forms (wp forms) are not translating. I've done it the way the documentation that's available here describes it. But when I visit the page that has the specific form and I switch to another language it doesn't translate the form.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Meanwhile this ticket is attended by one of my colleagues, I'll recommend trying the following:

IMPORTANT: Take full backup of your website and database beforehand.

- Update WordPress to the latest version.
- Update WPML plugins to the latest versions.
- Then clear caches.
- And retry.
