I really broke down my code and it is still a mystery to me.

I duplicated part of my query and sorting my taxonomy terms represented at the top

In english I see everything
hidden link

In spanish if I translate 1 post linked to a term it populates all the posts for that term on my page. If I delete the translated post, it removes all the posts from the display
hidden link

In the example the only posts that was translated was Guía de instalación de paneles de yeso Gold Bond

I really do not want to translate these posts, just the taxonomy (accordion titles)

Again if I delete the translated spanish post and empty the trash then no posts show up and the accordian does not display

Thanks for your reply.

I've checked and this will require more debugging and for this you will need custom programming work, which is beyond the scope of our support.

At this point, I would suggest you consider contacting one of our certified partners from this link: http://wpml.org/documentation/support/wpml-contractors/

Before doing so please have a look also here:
http://wpml.org/documentation/support/wpml-contractors/guidelines-for-people-looking-for-consulting-help/

You will get the custom assistance you need to get on with your project.
