Your message is confusing. I need you to:

1.- Describe step-by-step how you created the tags, assigned them to the products, and translated them. Provide some links with examples.

2.- What method did you use to translate the tags?

Note: You can attach screenshots where the issue can be seen, you can share URLs and you can create a video and share the link here. That will help us to understand what you mean by your previous ticket.
