Background of the issue:
I am trying to use WPML on my site hosted by Elementor hosting. I pointed the DNS to the www address, and the site went live.
Symptoms:
I can't use the credits on the cloud site to translate. I need to add the live site to my account, but I can't log into that site because everything is managed from the old setup.
Questions:
How can I add the live site to my WPML account?
Why can't I use the credits on the cloud site to translate?

Ideally to register a new site with WPML, you can use these simple steps:
- Go to https://wpml.org/account/sites/.
- Create a new site key.
- Then go back to your site's Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial in your website.
- Click the register link and use the new site key (created above) to register.
