Background of the issue:
I was trying to activate the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin on my site. Here is the link to the page where the issue can be seen: hidden link.

My site crashed after I activated the plugin.

Questions:
Why did my site crash after activating the WPML plugin?
How can I fix the issue to use the plugin after payment?
