hello, my site is the last time I started using wpml, but recently after it finishes turning the pages (translate the page) after clicking on the language, the site automatically goes into maintenance mode for no reason, I can't understand why it's doing it this way, it's only on the phone and sometimes it started doing it on the computer, what can I do please help...5 |

Hi, my name is Marcel and I will take over your ticket. Do have a staging site where I can make some tests and isolate (deactivating components) to isolate the issue? I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you. IMPORTANT Best Regards |

Hi, please note that I can't make these tests on a live site, as it they could break your installation. Do you have a staging environment where we can isolate it safely? If not, you can provide a duplicator copy of your site as described here: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/. Then, I can isolate and debug locally, and we don't risk breaking anything on the actual live site. Thank You! Best Regards |

Hi Muhammet, all URLs I mentioned before are working: hidden link Screen video: hidden link You can open them also via https: hidden link If you are referring to the missing SSL certificate, this is not in control of WPML. You will need to contact your hosting company to redirect from http to https. Your WP instance runs as http: hidden link. Best Regards |
