This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is using the Divi Theme Builder and has saved pages to the library for translation with WPML. However, these translated pages are not visible on the frontend.
Solution:
1. Ensure that the language switcher is functioning correctly. Check that the page is fully translated, indicated by a pencil icon, and that no translated pages are in the trash or bin. If they are, restore them.
2. After restoring and translating the pages, add them to the English menu to ensure they appear correctly. This can be done by navigating to the menu settings in the WordPress admin.
3. If the issue persists, it might be due to the deletion of translated pages. In such cases, restore the deleted pages from the bin/trash and add them back to the site.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I've made a website using the Divi themebuilder and want to translate these theme builder pages. I've saved them to the library and could do the translations with WPML, but these are not visible at the frontend. I found guidelines on how to address this issue: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translated-sections-in-divi-library-do-not-appear-in-the-theme-builder/ and hidden link.

Symptoms:
Translations in the Divi library with WPML are not visible in the frontend.

Questions:
Is it better to make a new template? How?
If you make a new template, how do you connect them to the English page?
How is this connected to WPML?
How should we go to the URL for editing (translating) the layout in English?

Hello,

I am not really sure I understood your reply completely, but I have seen the next issue:

1) language switcher is not working - Make sure the page is translated, the pencil icon is showing and that already translated page are not in trash /bin. I have restored the homepage for you and it shows up fine.

2) Once you have an existing page in EN, you need to add them to your EN menu, so the menu shows up fine:

Hope this helps.

Dear Drazen

Thank you for looking at my site.

I've translated all pages in the Divi Library:

But I can't select these pages in the menu. So I can't build up the pages in the menu.
I've made the pages with the Divi themebuilder.

All the best,
Maud

Hello Maud,

That is not how DIVI works, you have created templates in the Divi theme builder that you use on your pages.

You have created pages in the default language (blog, contact and etc). Now you need to create pages in 2nd language / translate them.

So please, as I have said, restore your translated pages from bin, and then make sure you have translated them from Dutch to English, pencil icon should be showing.

Dear Drazen

I changed my setup. In stead of templates I've moved all the content to pages and translated it there: hidden link

So when I go to the Dutch pages, I translated it there. Pencil icons are shown for all pages, also for all templates.

When I change to English I still can't select the pages for the menu. Do I have to make new pages (copy's of the Dutch version) and do the same (translate to Dutch)?

Do I have to make doubles and translate them two times in each direction in order to get the pages in English?

I still don't get it.

All the best,
Maud

Hello Maud,

as I have said in the first reply you have deleted all of your translated page and put them in bin/trash. You needed to restore them.

I have restored them now, you can go to the EN and add them.

Drazen
